Bonus Program ​

Description ​

The Bonus Program is a feature in Orderino that allows you to award bonuses to your customers' personal balance which they can then use for future order payments. For each order, the customer receives a percentage of the order amount. This percentage depends on the customer's total order amount.

Example bonus structure ​

0 2%
25000 4%
50000 6%

In the above example, the customer receives:

  • 2% of the order amount to their balance when the total order amount is up to 25000
  • 4% - up to 50000
  • 6% - after 50000

Configuration fields ​

1. Enabled? ​

Activates the entire bonus system

2. Restore bonus points used for order payment when changing order status ​

Select statuses that, when orders are changed to them, will restore the bonus points to the customer's balance

3. Reduce balance by the number of points used for order payment when changing order status ​

Select statuses that, when orders are changed to them, will deduct the bonus points from the customer's balance

4. Credit bonus to customer's balance when changing order status ​

Select statuses that, when orders are changed to them, will credit new bonuses to the customer's balance

5. Cancel bonus from customer's balance when changing order status ​

Select statuses that, when orders are changed to them, will cancel previously awarded bonuses

6. Selected employees can manually edit customer balance ​

Select employees who can manually change customer's bonus balance

  • First column: threshold order total
  • Second column: bonus percentage

8. How to consider customer's order history when assigning a bonus card to customer? ​

Available values:

  • None
  • Take customer's previous order
  • Take all customer's previous orders

Choose the method of considering order history when calculating bonuses

9. Use only cards from a pre-loaded list ​

Available values:

  • No
  • Yes

If "Yes" is selected, you won't be able to assign a bonus card number that is not in the loaded list

10. Round bonus to ​

Available values:

  • 1
  • 10
  • 100
  • 1000
  • 0.1

Determines the precision of bonus points rounding

11. How to round bonus? ​

Available values:

  • > (up)
  • < (down)

Rounding direction - up (>) or down (<)

Additional options ​

This field contains additional options:

Option 1: Allow partial use of customer's balance ​

Allows customers to use only part of their bonus balance for order payment

Option 2: Manager can choose whether to award bonuses for an order or not ​

Gives managers the ability to control whether bonuses are awarded for each specific order
