Customer Portal
Customer Portal in Orderino is a customer or dealer portal that can be embedded on a website or opened via a direct link in the browser. Through it, a customer can place orders and view their list without manager involvement.
Portal activation
- Enabled? — checkbox that activates or deactivates the customer portal.
- After enabling, the portal becomes available at an address that can be used in the website menu or email campaigns.
Main display settings
The "Settings" field determines which interface elements will be available in the customer portal:
Settings
- Show only the order form, without the ability to specify a list of products or services — customer sees only the order creation form, without the catalog.
- Hide the list of products or services in the customer portal — completely removes the product catalog from the portal.
- Hide filter on order list — removes the filter block above the order list.
- Hide search bar — disables order search in the portal.
- Hide category list — hides catalog categories if you don't want to show the product structure.
Customer portal style
- Customer portal style — dropdown list with visual design options:
Diamond,Sapphire,Ruby,Citrine,Emerald. - The selected style determines the color scheme and appearance of the customer portal.
Customer registration
- Validate new registrations? — setting with options
Yes/No.- When selecting "Yes" new registrations undergo preliminary approval (moderation) before portal access.
- When selecting "No" access is granted automatically
