Orders List

Orders List allows configuring which order attributes to show in the general list and which of them can be quickly changed directly from the table. This simplifies mass order management without opening each card.

Quick attribute change

• Enabled? — checkbox that activates the ability to quickly change attributes in the orders list.
• Order attributes for quick change — dropdown list where attributes available for editing directly in the list are selected.
• After selecting attributes, their values can be changed directly in the orders table.

Display and sorting

• Display orders — mode for presenting the orders list:
  • As table — standard table form.
  • By status — as cards grouped by status.
  • By manager — as cards by managers.
  • By executor — as cards by executors.
• Sort by: — determines the sorting field for the orders list: customer name, manager, executor, completion date, status, price, received date, incoming price, profit, order number, address.

Templates for printed forms

• Route sheet cell template — text field (textarea) with the template for route sheet cell content.

• Order label template — template for order label text.
  Both templates can use variables, for example {customer_name}, which will be replaced with the customer name.

• Order label style — field for specifying CSS styles for the label, for example width: 30%; border: 1px solid black;.

After changing the settings, you need to click "Save Changes" for them to apply to the orders list.
