Send Invoice

Send commercial proposals to customers, track their opening, send payment invoices with online payment capability, etc.

Configuration fields

1. Enabled?

Description: Activates the invoice sending function

2. As soon as customer viewed the invoice, change order status to

Description: Automatically changes order status when customer views the invoice

3. Show order contents

Available values:

Description: Shows or hides the list of items in the invoice

4. Note to display to customer

Type: Textarea
Description: Additional text for the customer in the invoice
Note: Variables can be used in templates. For example, {customer_name} will be replaced with the customer's name

5. Hide payment options if order is in status

Type: Multiselect (List)

Description: Hides payment options if order is in specified status
Note: Hide payment options if the order is already in a paid status or in a status not ready for payment

6. Email subject

Description: Subject of the email sent to the customer

7. Message

Field name: Message
Description: Main text of the email
Note: Variables can be used in templates. For example, {customer_name} will be replaced with the customer's name

8. Text on 'View Invoice' button

Description: Text for the invoice viewing button

9. Text at the bottom of the email

Field name: Text at the bottom of the email
Description: Closing text of the email
Note: Variables can be used in templates. For example, {customer_name} will be replaced with the customer's name
