Section in Orderino contains integrations with online chats

JivoChat

JivoChat is a popular online chat/consultant for websites.
All offline messages and completed chats from JivoChat can automatically be converted into orders in Orderino for further processing.

In JivoChat settings, in the Web Hook URL field, specify a link of the form:
https://my.orderino.com/app/integration/jivochat-hook.html?company_id=YOUR_COMPANY_ID

Configuration parameters in Orderino

• Enabled? — checkbox enabling JivoChat integration.
• When receiving offline message from JivoChat, create order with status — dropdown list setting the status of the order created from an offline message
• When chat ends, create order with communication log with status — dropdown list setting the status of the order created from a completed chat with the attached conversation log
